Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Grapes.
- Protein.
- Sugar.
- Soy milk powder.
- Blender.
- Strainer.
- Glass cup.
Preparation:
- First you must put in the blender, the strawberries, milk and the grapes.
- Then, blend them and add 2 tablespoon of sugar.
- When it is liquefied, you add a protein that you have, either for health or to tone your body
- Finally add 2 tablespoons of soy milk powder, and ice.
At your service:
- In a bowl, pour the smoothie through the strainer.
- Then you take the glass cup and pour the mixture into it.
- Finally you add decoration to your liking.
